The Lake View Restaurant, Bar and Lounge have a relaxing atmosphere and overlook the superb views. The lounge has a real log fire, to give you that welcoming feel after a hard days exploring. All bedrooms have been individually designed and decorated with a modern contemporary feel, whilst in-keeping with the traditional building. Directions

The hotel is located 2.5 miles from the Windermere Car Ferry on the B5285. If approaching from the North via Ambleside take the B5286 to Hawkshead, then the B5285 to Near Sawrey. The hotel is 2 miles from Hawkshead on the right. If approaching from the south take the A590 to Newby Bridge, then follow the signs for Hawkshead. Continue along this road for approximately 6 miles until you reach Hawkshead, then take the B5285 to the village of Near Sawrey. Sawrey House is located on the right with ample parking.
